We are seeking a skilled Developer Lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in Node.js and be able to lead a team of developers to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new features and infrastructure to support rapidly emerging business and project requirements.
  • Motivating project developers to achieve their best work.
  • Overseeing the quality of work results.
  • Handling complex problems that may arise during solution development and providing field support with creative and rapid solutions.

Requirements include:

  • 4+ years of experience with Node.js.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL etc.).
  • Experience in designing and documenting REST API protocols.
  • Skills working with version control tools (Git).
  • Proficient with microservice architecture, Nestjs, REST, Graphql, AWS resources, Firebase.
  • Team management experience.
  • English (Upper Intermediate or better).

Additionally, experience with Terraform, Angular, and Continuous Integration environments is a plus.
