    Personalized Search Results Manager

About the Role:
    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Personalized Search Results Manager to lead the development of personalized search results. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of user value and be able to analyze this understanding to help set the roadmap for personalized search results.

    The role requires close collaboration with the engineering team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and other personalization teams across Search to deliver relevant search results for users.

Key Responsibilities:
    - Develop a deep understanding of user value
    - Analyze and use understanding to help set the roadmap for personalized search results
    - Understand ranking architecture and metrics to navigate complex decisions and trade-offs needed to land significant positive user impact
    - Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure any ranking changes are safe and well understood by users
    - Communicate technical details of personalized ranking to non-technical audiences
