IT Product Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Product Manager to lead our team of product service leads and contribute to the definition of our IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, development, deployment, and evolution of IT products and services.
  • Influence the definition of our IT strategy, ensuring alignment with operational excellence, transformational programs, and business capabilities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to provide end-to-end development and services capabilities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage stakeholders from central functions, providing regular status updates on progress and addressing escalated demands.
  • Work closely with project teams, ensure succession planning within the team, and model agile behaviors and methods.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in product services and development, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with ability to develop IT knowledge and manage multiple activities and priorities.
  • Agile and DevOps experience, with certifications in ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, and Scrum a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
