At Didi Global, we believe in harnessing technology to create a smoother journey for millions of people every day. As a Strategic Business Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in making this vision a reality.

With a strong commercial planning background and experience in sales team incentive management, you will be responsible for leading the entire sales strategy of our ramping and mature cities. This includes efficiently ramping up cities through data-driven insights that support business arguments with partners.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with advanced English skills and proficiency in Excel and SQL. A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Engineering is required, and at least 5 years of experience in sales planning in fast-paced environments is essential.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, taking into account the company's industry standards and location. However, please note that salaries may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Ramp up cities through data-driven insights and partner engagement
  • Build and manage commercial policies and targeted goals for the sales team
  • Track sales targets and manage the sales pipeline forecast

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced English language skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales planning in fast-paced environments
