Global Mobility Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and manage the end-to-end mobility lifecycle process. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory changes, implementing risk-mitigation protocols, and developing efficient processes to govern the mobility lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Develop and implement processes that enable effective management of the mobility lifecycle, including governance integration and compliance monitoring.
  • Change Management: Partner with HRBPs, Tax, legal, and Payroll teams to operationalize policy updates and communicate them effectively.
  • Digital & Data-Driven Operations: Leverage mobility platforms to automate processes, enhance assignee interfaces, track expenses, collect documents, monitor assignment costs, and maintain compliance metrics.
  • Employee Experience & Support: Resolve complex mobility inquiries independently for assignees and business travelers, manage relocation services, and provide self-service tools for common relocation scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years+ experience in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
  • Fluent English; Mandarin preferred.
  • GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials desired.
