Job Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Strategist to join our team of experts in Customer Experience & Success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Data & Analytics and a focus on cloud technologies.

  • Gathers customer insights, maps architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer business outcomes, and acts as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback, insights, and resources across internal teams.
  • Develops impactful relationships with customer architects and technical specialists, contributes to increase in consumption by aligning with Customer Success Account Management or other Account Team members on customer priorities.
  • Guides team members to focus on customer experience through efficient delivery and ensures a seamless and connected customer experience, supports definition of customer conditions of success.
Business Impact
  • Identifies issues, advises customers to operate and optimize performance in accordance with best practices, adapts methodology and applies governance to identify, communicate, and minimize business risks.
  • Drives customer relationships to anticipate, identify, escalate, and work to resolve technical blockers to accelerate consumption and solution implementations.
Technical Leadership
  • Develops learning and development plan in alignment with manager, role models effective technical readiness, acts as mentor to educate colleagues on technical concepts.
  • Generates ideas for changes and improvements to existing intellectual property, drives opportunities for IP reuse and best practice sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • 4+ years of related experience with more than one of the following areas: designing and supporting solutions using SQL, Azure SQL, NoSQL Databases, CosmosDB.
  • Technical Certification in Azure Cloud.
  • Technical depth in Data Analytics and AI Platform Cloud solutions: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Bricks, Big Data including Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift.
  • Business level fluency in English and Spanish.
