Job Description

  • Support the Customer Engagement Advisory (CEA) team with various activities such as monitoring entry channels, distributing workload, and engaging with SAP customers and partners.
  • Manage service requests, verify booking requisites, and create service orders.
  • Design customer presentations and prepare data analysis for business actions.
  • Participate in meetings and provide input for leaders' decisions.
  • Assist new colleagues with enablement sessions and contribute to improving training materials.

What We're Looking For

  • An undergraduate student in Business, Information Technology or related areas, to be concluded in approximately 24 months.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish is an advantage.
  • Passionate about customer success and experience with customer engagement is a differential.
  • Communicative, relational, and managerial skills required. Procedural, analytical, and automation skills desirable.
