Project Manager Lead

The primary objective of this role is to plan, execute, manage, and monitor clinical research projects across multiple regions or therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with functional experts to guarantee compliance with regulatory guidelines and corporate policies.
  • Maintain operational integrity and safety by ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.

Project Team Performance:

  • Identify, assign, and monitor the completion of interdisciplinary project tasks including site monitoring, CRF, database development, data collection, patient safety management, document management, statistical analysis, and final report writing.
  • Ensure task completion performance meets or exceeds quality standards and sponsor/client expectations.

Client/Sponsor Support:

  • Act as primary liaison throughout the project life cycle ensuring client/sponsor expectations are appropriately managed by addressing and resolving queries/issues, planning and executing all project meetings, assisting with site and patient recruitment strategies, and providing regular project status reports.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants should possess a minimum of one to three years of related work experience with ongoing training in clinical research.
  • A three-year College Advance Diploma/Degree in a relevant field of study such as Health Sciences or Clinical Research.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily home-based with occasional travel required.
