About the Role:


Sagan, an exclusive membership community for top executives, founders, and CEOs, is seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Manager to lead and optimize our affiliate marketing initiatives.


About the Position:


We are looking for a results-driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or program management to develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies, identify and onboard new affiliates, and manage relationships with existing affiliates.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, focusing on partnerships that align with our brand values and target audience
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and communication
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to optimize campaigns for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of affiliate initiatives
  • Conduct regular training for affiliates to enhance their performance and understanding of our services
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities
  • Create and manage budgets for affiliate programs

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or program management with a proven record of delivering results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with affiliate marketing software like Impact or ShareASale
  • Previous experience managing affiliate programs for SaaS or digital services
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and streamline processes
