Job Overview

This role requires a strong technical background and business acumen to serve as a key liaison between our data solutions and clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Pre-Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand prospect requirements and articulate the value of our data offerings.
  • Data Sample Creation: Prepare and deliver custom data samples for prospects, involving matching large datasets and requiring proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our data products, explaining them at a deep technical level to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design and propose data solutions that meet their specific needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with prospects by providing expert guidance, answering technical questions, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience.

Requirements:

  • A strong technical background, preferably from a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Good command of Python for scripting, data processing, and interacting with APIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect technical features to business value.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
