Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst Consultant to lead complex software development projects and drive substantial interaction with vendor resources. This role requires expertise in technical disciplines and the ability to mentor and direct junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex software development projects, collaborating with Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Partners to develop software specifications.
  • Lead selection and implementation of software packages for which in-depth configuration and integration is required, driving substantial interaction with vendor resources.
  • Integrate applications with complex interfaces based on specifications provided.
  • Provide 24x7 primary and/or secondary support for one or more applications classified as niche, core, or mission-critical.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, including release schedules for one or more functional areas.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite.
