About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Modeling: Lead the development and implementation of advanced data models to ensure the quality of different sources of information and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and objectives, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Project Management: Manage data science projects from conception to implementation, ensuring delivery within deadlines and quality standards.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify new data sources and collection techniques, and implement new statistical methodologies to drive business growth.
  • Challenge Data Providers: Question data/analytics providers and models for better results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Insights Connection: Integrate insights from multiple data sources to provide a clear and unbiased view of business performance.
  • Resource Optimization: Improve resource allocation through rigorous modeling and provide actionable recommendations to optimize operational performance.
  • Mentoring and Leadership: Guide and develop teams, promoting an environment of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements
  • Education: Background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or similar position requiring rigorous mastery of data analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and data analysis tools, and ability to quickly learn various visualization software.
  • Business Knowledge: Prior experience in the consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Language: Advanced English.
