We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Participating in controlling, planning, and analysis tasks, as well as other financial activities.
- Assisting in developing the business plan (annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecasts) and tracking its realization.
- Actively participating in month-end closing tasks.
- Preparing required reports for month-end closing.
- Analyzing variances between the latest plan and actual results, identifying reasons for discrepancies.
- Monitoring material and finished product inventory movements.
- Preparing post-month-end closing reports as required by management.
- Analyzing specific business decisions in collaboration with sector head, finance director, and plant manager.
- Implementing and adhering to work plan in the finance department.
- Performing all other business analyses as requested by management.
- Collaborating and communicating with auditing firms, banks, or other financial institutions.
- Ensuring accuracy, legality, and quality of work.
- Timely notifying management of any potential absence from work.
- Submitting a written monthly report to management on assigned tasks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
* Strong analytical skills and experience with financial software such as SAP and Business Warehouse
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
