We are seeking an experienced sales professional to serve as a strategic advisor and consultant in our client-facing sales team. As an expert in integrating AI into work processes, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer challenges and providing product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales in a client-facing sales team
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide product demonstrations
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
  • Provide valuable feedback to product management for product enhancements
  • Participate in marketing events such as conferences and user groups to promote solutions

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proven experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Strong collaborative skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for automating workflows or analyzing insights
  • Familiarity with competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies
  • Ability to share best practices and reusable assets to enhance team efficiency
