Job Opportunity: AI/LLM Engineer (Search Backend)

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Search Backend Engineer. Your primary focus will be building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for search across large-scale medical and scientific documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable search systems
  • Build and fine-tune RAG models using tools like LangChain
  • Develop backend features for our existing RAG service

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and RAG architectures

Benefits:
