As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Manage daily facilities and workplace activities, ensuring that all facilities are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including landlords, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Project Management: Work closely with internal technical teams to define tasks and ensure that infrastructure requirements are met.
- Risk Management: Identify, communicate, and manage facilities risk and issues, developing mitigation and/or workarounds as necessary.
- Resource Management: Responsible for managing resources, budget, and capital expenditures, ensuring that all activities are carried out within approved operating guidelines and budget.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Maintenance Operations Management.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in facilities operation, program/project management within facilities/equipment engineering.
- Skills: Strong Environmental, Health and Safety background, excellent communication skills, and ability to build key relationships with partners across various departments.
- Cleanroom Experience: Knowledge of cleanrooms, high technology/R&D labs facilities.
- Construction and Engineering: Understanding of construction and engineering principles.
