Project Leadership Role

This position is ideal for experienced professionals who excel in client-facing environments and have a track record of successful project delivery.

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee multidisciplinary project teams, drive product development, and deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing project expectations, timelines, and resources.

  • Create, guide, and communicate project plans and goals to ensure alignment and overall program delivery success
  • Partner across teams to drive product development, own the creation of mission-critical products, and deliver desired outcomes
  • Provide effective decision-making on complex issues of scope, design, architecture, and process
  • Deliver timely and tailored communication for various audiences: engineering teams, product managers, marketing partners, and C-level executives
  • Optimize processes and use of time for your team while focusing on key client activities

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in software development, leading large-scale custom software development projects, and demonstrating experience managing software projects with complex scope and executive partners. Additionally, they will have the ability to clarify complex ideas and navigate ambiguity for their team and client.

As a member of our leadership team, you will work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Leads to establish and grow partnerships with clients. You will lead negotiations throughout the project development process and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
