**Minimum Qualifications**:

At Google, we're committed to hiring the best talent. To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, you can demonstrate equivalent practical experience.

**6 Years of Experience Required**:

You'll need at least 6 years of experience in a user-centered design field, such as UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or Visual Design. Your ability to communicate in English fluently is also essential, as you'll interact with stakeholders on a daily basis.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

We're looking for candidates with a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a design-related field. If you have experience leading and ideating products from scratch, that's a big plus. We're also interested in candidates who can communicate and influence product design strategy, partner with UX Researchers, and possess excellent systems-level design thinking and problem-solving skills.

**About the Role**:

As an Interaction Designer at Google, you'll be responsible for crafting industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. You'll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the Google design language, building beautiful, innovative, and inspired products that people love to use.

**Responsibilities**:

You'll work closely with other designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions. You'll use wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process. You'll identify opportunities to define UX solutions and advocate for prioritizing design-centered improvements to evolve our product offerings.
