About the Company:

Dassault Systèmes do Brasil Ltda is a multinational French-Canadian company with expanding activities in Brazil and South America.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director for Brazil.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales plan for the region, identifying, qualifying, and managing sales opportunities, and closing customer sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to effectively communicate sales region performance and work closely with marketing and direct sales efforts to establish and maintain a sales pipeline for the region.
  • The Regional Sales Director will also be responsible for tracking and assessing the effectiveness of key customer programs and facilitating effective communication within the RBU team.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the Brazilian market and strong relationships with local businesses would be advantageous.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language skills are mandatory.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately R$250,000 per year, taking into account the cost of living in Brazil and industry standards.
