We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and success.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AI Engineer to lead the development of multi-agent systems, production-ready agentic backends, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. You will work closely with our international team to build scalable AI solutions that make a significant impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build complex AI systems using advanced techniques such as prompt engineering, grounding, and context management.
- Develop and maintain high-performance RAG pipelines that drive business results.
- Work across the full agent execution cycle: reasoning, planning, action, and feedback.
- Contribute to the development of scalable AI solutions using TypeScript.
- 4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar roles (ML Engineer, Applied Scientist).
- Experience building multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, LangFlow).
- Strong expertise in building RAG-based systems.
- Deep understanding of the agent execution lifecycle: knowledge/context handling, reasoning, planning, actions, and feedback.
- Experience fine-tuning models for specific tasks and domains.
- Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, model grounding, and effective context management.
- Strong awareness of emerging tools and libraries in the TypeScript ecosystem.
