Global Process Innovator

This role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving the implementation and continuous improvement of global processes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing financial processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline workflows.
- Implement new systems and processes, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to operations.
- Oversee data mapping and validation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial reporting.
- Facilitate system training sessions and engage with cross-functional teams to understand user needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FP&A with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of data standards and proficiency in data mapping processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage large datasets, meet deadlines, and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
