Visionary Director for University Engineering Department

This is a critical opportunity to lead our esteemed team at Lehigh University as a Senior Director. As a dynamic leader, you will drive the development and implementation of strategic plans to secure significant funding for the College of Engineering & Applied Science.

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, fostering partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to enhance the university's mission. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills, combined with your passion for higher education, will make you an invaluable asset to our institution.

  • Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of prospects and donors aligned with the college or unit. This includes initiating contact, building relationships, making solicitations, and providing exceptional stewardship.
  • Strategic Program Development: Collaborate with the Director of Development to create comprehensive fundraising strategies. Gather data, plan events, develop compelling communications, engage volunteers, and work closely with college leaders, faculty, and internal staff.
