As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for managing and integrating enterprise applications. This role requires expertise in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and growth-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Application Integration Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise integration applications.
  • Development Management: Lead the development lifecycle considering best-in-class frameworks for quality and governance.
  • Application Support: Provide end-to-end support, including vendor and contract management, KPI monitoring, and crisis management.
  • Solution Delivery: Manage the delivery of solutions ranging from minor enhancements to complex projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor technical teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process optimization initiatives leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing application delivery teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Integration Architecture: Deep understanding of integration patterns, technologies, and best practices.
  • API Design and Management: Expertise in designing, developing, and managing APIs.
  • Data Modeling and Governance: Strong understanding of data modeling principles and data governance frameworks.
  • Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
