Job Summary:

The role of the Purchasing Specialist I is pivotal in driving business decisions and spearheading procurement initiatives that meet internal clients' needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Staying informed about market trends and monitoring procurement indicators to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supporting supplier evaluation, documentation, and risk analysis in line with procurement policies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to support audit processes and ensure compliance.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with a desirable Master's in Business Administration, Finance, or Procurement. Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, preferably in Telecom, Construction, or Civil Engineering sectors. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

This is a Mid-Senior level, full-time position within the Telecommunications industry.
