Financial Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the management of local billing processes, analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts, and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage local billing, including generating Nota Fiscal on the municipality website, and reconciling with Billing/SAP system.
- Monitor payment method creation through file exchange process (bank x SAP).
- Process CNAB return file (collection) and ensure all receivables are cleared in a timely manner.
- Reconcile transactions with accuracy and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Prepare reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and covering the Sox framework.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or studying in the field.
- Strong computer skills.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (in AR, Collections or Treasury).
- Experience working with integrated systems (SAP).
- Language: English written and verbal / Portuguese written and verbal.
