Project Management Professional - Global Operations

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional to join our team in a global operations role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business leaders in managing key projects, including objectives decomposition, critical task planning, and coordination of internal/external resources.

  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of expected outcomes.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a standardized project management system for international operations.
  • Develop and implement project management processes, guidelines, and practices, considering regional business characteristics and cultural differences.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify inefficiencies in organizational processes and operational tools.
  • Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Internet/Technology field, with at least 1 year in international project management.
  • Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execute strategic initiatives efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, Portuguese proficiency is preferred.
  • High cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
