About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at GameChange Solar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Outreach: Develop and execute a strategy to identify and engage with potential clients, including researching companies, crafting personalized outreach messages, and scheduling meetings or calls.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and submit proposals to clients, ensuring that all requirements are met and that the proposal is compelling and effective.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
