Job Description

As a Mid+ Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of software development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable full-stack code using Java (SpringBoot) on the backend and React on the frontend.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that meet user requirements and business goals. Additionally, you will ensure high application performance, quality, and responsiveness by troubleshooting bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.

Maintaining code quality and consistency through best practices, design patterns, and automated testing is crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members to support their technical growth.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment are essential for success in this position.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of software development experience, with mid+ level expertise in backend and frontend.
  • Extensive experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Solid experience in frontend development with React and its ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL Server and MySQL
  • Previous 3 years of experience using TypeScript
