Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Leader

Job Description:

You will lead and control the execution of logistics operations, ensuring that materials flow smoothly through the production process. This includes managing packaging, raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless operational flow. As a leader within the team, you will work closely with coordination to achieve set goals and develop the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Logistics Management: Manage and coordinate logistics activities to meet production needs.
  2. Supply Chain Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  3. Leadership Development: Develop and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.

Requirements:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  2. Logistics Expertise: In-depth knowledge of logistics concepts, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems and processes.
