Job Title: Data Scientist Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to lead our team in building and deploying machine learning models. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience with machine learning algorithms, Python programming, and distributed computing frameworks. You should also be able to communicate complex technical ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement machine learning models to optimize business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines to support model training and deployment
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify new opportunities for data-driven growth
  • Lead the development of data science infrastructure to support scaling needs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data science or related field
  • Strong background in machine learning algorithms and deep learning
  • Proficiency in Python programming and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Ray)
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable data pipelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
