Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled facilities manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent organizational skills.

The facilities manager will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained in good condition, including regular inspections and repairs. They will also be responsible for coordinating the opening and closing of the premises, as well as managing the financial and operational activities under their remit.

The facilities manager will work closely with the senior management team to facilitate business planning and reporting. They will also develop and implement strategic action plans in line with the organization's vision and goals.

In addition to these responsibilities, the facilities manager will provide effective quality management, supervision, and appraisal for employees under their remit. They will also ensure that all installations, maintenance, disposal of substances, and equipment is constantly maintained up to the required standards.
