Indirect Tax Manager

Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Indirect Tax Manager to lead our Americas region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on new and existing business models, guiding disclosures of important tax positions, and supervising internal and external indirect tax audit responses.
Key Responsibilities- Perform critical analysis on complex indirect tax issues, utilizing tax technical rules and business context.
- Monitor indirect tax developments across the Americas region and analyze the impact of such changes on business operations.
- Collaborate with business partners across the Americas region to provide regular indirect tax advice for facilitating business operations and strategic projects.
- Guide stakeholders for disclosure of critical indirect tax issues for statutory reporting across the Americas region.
- Support audits/litigations across the Americas region, including supervising submissions made to the tax offices.
- Support technology implementation and upgrades, and process efficiencies, from an indirect tax perspective.
- Bachelor Degree related to Finance or Tax.
- Fluent English.
- 10 years of experience in Tax process.
