Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our payroll management team. This role will be responsible for providing direct support for payroll processing, benefits administration, HR auditing, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll systems, experience in HR projects and process improvement, and excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.

• Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and labor laws.
• Extract and submit payroll outputs (provisions, statements, salary statements, bank files, mandatory accounting reports) for review and approval.
• Prepare and submit monthly data for upload to the payroll system.
• Run payroll calculation steps and identify errors to ensure accurate and timely payrolls.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of employee inclusion, termination, and transfers in the payroll system.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Experience in HR projects and process improvement is essential.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, implementation, and parameter setting (preferably ADP) is necessary.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles to manage financial reports is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
