Clinical Research Manager

Our organization is committed to advancing patient-centered solutions by recruiting, training and supporting talented professionals who possess both consulting skills and life science expertise.

As a Clinical Research Manager, you will play a key role in administering assessments to participants in clinical trials or evaluating the quality of assessments performed by others. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing scales administered by raters to ensure data reliability;
  • Evaluating assessment quality, conducting live interactions with raters to discuss methodology and scoring technique, and providing guidance as needed;
  • Preparing case data for discussions with raters, discussing relevant issues and scale items, and having necessary documents available;
  • Completing rater interactions and assigned tasks as scheduled, and submitting associated documentation in a timely manner;
  • Participating in all orientation, training and calibration activities as required;
  • Functional assessments of rater performance, including mock interviews and assistance in preparing communications;
  • Contacting clinical trial participants remotely via proprietary apps to administer assessments and documenting resultant information.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably working with central nervous system trials, and advanced level of English proficiency. Ideal candidates should have previous experience in psychiatric populations, assessing and ratings scales, and structured clinical interviews.
