Key Responsibilities
- Deliver legal insights and strategic guidance to various departments and organizational tiers.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations in all operational activities, policies, and transactions.
- Evaluate and authorize diverse legal documents, including contracts and agreements related to trade and operational matters.
- Act on behalf of the organization in intricate legal matters before judicial bodies and regulatory agencies.
- Advance Public Affairs objectives at the Affiliate level through collaboration with management and local teams.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Proficiency in English.
- Qualified attorney with experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, life sciences, or medical device sectors.
- Experience in a prestigious law firm is preferred.
- Familiarity with Intellectual Property law is advantageous.
