Senior Sales Director, Black Community Engagement

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to join our Large Customer Sales team, focusing on Black Community Inclusion. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute long-term strategies with clients, leading cross-functional teams for collaboration. Your expertise in domain and ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently will be invaluable in this client-facing role.
Responsibilities- Drive regional/industry growth through C-level relationship building and manage a team to aim existing and new clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Prove and improve the value of media investments, delivering business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to demonstrate and optimize business outcomes.
- Lead regular discussions with business leadership to understand business challenges, identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategy/approach accordingly.
- Identify scaled ways to solve common client business challenges and share best practices/client successes across the industry/sector.
