About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Distributed Software Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with clients in one of two ways: Team Augmentation or Design & Build.

Team Augmentation:

You will integrate into our client's team, working alongside their designers and engineers daily to deliver transformational digital solutions.

Design & Build:

You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver products to our clients, driving innovation and growth through cutting-edge software development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer
  • Proficiency in frontend development using Ember.js
  • Experience with other frontend frameworks like React or Angular is a plus
  • Advanced English is required
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A FOUR-YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE IS REQUIRED
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
  • Forensic attention to detail
