IT Talent Acquisition Specialist Needed

We are seeking a seasoned IT talent acquisition specialist to join our team in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and local management to support relocation (visa, work permits, travel, housing, and related logistics).

The ideal candidate will contribute to helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.
  • High quality standards and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue toward goals.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
