Accounting Assistant Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, executing spreadsheets and accounting reports, and processing accounts receivable and payable write-offs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced English skills. Experience with accounting software and previous experience as an Accounting Assistant are also preferred.

  • Job Description:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Execute and manage spreadsheets and accounting reports.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable write-offs.
  • Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries.
  • Organize documentation related to the company's accounting.
  • Prepare documents and perform their accounting classification.
  • Generate accounting entries.
  • Assist in tax calculations.
  • Reconcile accounts and complete tax payment forms and requests with government agencies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or equivalent knowledge.
  • Experience with accounting software.
