Responsibilities and Duties- Develop and optimize data pipelines and architectures within Databricks.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with sales and data teams to ensure alignment between client needs and technical capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and proof of concept execution.
- Ensure data solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Databricks features and capabilities, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical documentation for internal teams and clients.
- Proven experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow.
- Background in data engineering, modeling, and access methodologies.
- Some experience in pre-sales, including solution design and proposal writing.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Scala.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
