Senior Product Leader

As a senior product leader, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our fintech platform. You will work closely with the founder to transform our investing app into a billion-user fintech platform.
You will own the planning and execution of our core product end-to-end, working closely with senior management and the team. Your goal will be to ensure that our product reaches product market fit and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue and ROI-driven product decisions
- Defining key product metrics and communicating them through dashboards and reports
- Empowering marketing and sales teams with product knowledge
- Leading cross-functional collaboration between engineering, compliance, marketing, sales, and operations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience leading and scaling product teams
- Project management experience and ability to keep internal teams on track
- Engineering and/or design job experience at a consumer or fintech company
- Domain knowledge of investing, money movement, wealth management, and consumer behavior/psychology
- Strong data analytics skills including tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau
