As a key player in our organization, the Digital Account Executive will facilitate seamless digital transformation for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

About the Role

This position involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives and business decision-makers at our clients' organizations. The successful candidate will leverage digital tools and processes to address customer requirements, while also engaging with partners to find innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent solution sales and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding of cloud technologies. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and ensure seamless execution of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Determine priority and depth for each account, coordinating cross-functional resources to develop and execute against prioritization.
  • Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities: Leverage relevant data to craft and implement strategic plans that meet or exceed quota for the upcoming quarter/half.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and key deadlines.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify business opportunities, guiding them through the sales lifecycle to expand customer engagement.
