We are seeking a skilled Senior C Software Engineer to join our team at 3Pillar Global. As a key member of our engineering practice, you will play a vital role in architecting transformative solutions that reshape entire industries.

With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in C, Linux, and PKI Crypto Skills, you will be responsible for crafting client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality. You will actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools, and proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.

Key responsibilities include facilitating effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations, executing complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements, and promoting client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions that drive client success.

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $170,000 per year, based on location and experience. This estimate includes benefits such as flexible work environment, career growth opportunities, and professional development support.
