As an On-Site Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact representing the project site. Your role will involve providing overall on-site field administration, support, supervision, inspection, and technical management for construction operations.

You will coordinate and execute work closely with the Project Manager in accordance with plans/specifications and adhere to the project schedule.

Expected Impact

You will deliver projects that meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while working collaboratively with owners throughout the process to ensure success.

You will provide the necessary tools and expertise to effectively manage construction projects ranging from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction site management.
  • Experience with public projects is preferred.
  • OSHA 10-hour certification is preferred.
  • CSL certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • The ability to travel locally as needed.
  • The ability to read and comprehend construction plans and documents.
  • Significant experience in site management.
  • Detailed reporting experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and general contractors.
