**Plant Finance Position Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced plant finance expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting transactions under manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers.

  • Analyze actual total manufacturing cost (TMC), fixed manufacturing expenses (FME), and plant, warehouse, and distribution centers operating expenses (OPEX).
  • Ensure accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), local and statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports on various financial aspects, including management performance reports (MPR), TMC, OPEX/FME, savings, volume price mix.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, specifically in cost accounting, and experience working with SAP accounting system. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Supervise production controllers to support plant finance activities, including closing, managing RMPM usages, and technically complete process orders.
  2. Monitor status of process orders daily and towards month-end closing, adhering to the process order management policy.
  3. Evaluate and maintain accuracy of financial entries and cost centers reflected under manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • BS accountancy graduate, CPA board passer is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as cost accountant, plant accountant, with plant manufacturing background.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP accounting system.
  • MS office knowledge, especially in Excel (familiarity in using VLOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIF, etc formulas).
  • Requires minimum supervision and a good team player.
