Inventory Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced inventory professional to manage and control stock levels, conduct regular audits, and provide accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the tracking of stock movements and ensure adequate supplies.
  • Conduct thorough audits to guarantee inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Analyze and report inventory data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as supply chain management or logistics.
  • Valid and active driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to think critically.
