This is a high-profile role where you will play a crucial part in the success of our company's capital management framework.
As a Capital Modeling Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining complex internal stochastic capital models as well as rating agency and regulatory capital models.
- Forecasting and analyzing various scenarios to determine surplus and capital adequacy.
- Running ad-hoc analyses to support capital management requests and recommendations.
- Maintaining documentation of all capital management processes and tools.
Our ideal candidate should have a strong background in analytical fields such as mathematics, economics or actuarial science. A Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in capital modeling and 5-10 years in financial analysis are necessary for this position.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python/R/SQL/SAS is essential. Expertise in Excel is also required along with good communication skills.
