Job Title:

Technical Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Technical Solutions Architect. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and consult on solutions in the region.

Your key responsibilities will include creating a "trusted technical advisor" relationship with customers' technologists and internal technical teammates, establishing a deep understanding of customers' business and technical needs, identifying opportunities, problems, and solutions across the Mining flow sheet, and driving key customer-facing meetings and events.

You will also be responsible for developing frameworks to support solution selling on an enterprise level, shaping and being held accountable for developing technical proposals that support commercial proposals, and providing basic project management and analytics support for the implementation of first-line support and monitoring.

Familiarity with Process Control, Process Optimization, Asset Performance Management, and Safety Concepts is essential for success in this role.
