Network Solutions Specialist

As a Network Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving network-related issues. This includes troubleshooting network incidents, providing user assistance with technical problems, and supporting the implementation of new technologies.

You will play a key role in the planning, execution, and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must have proven knowledge in networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN standards, communication protocols, and network security best practices.

Additionally, you should have experience with troubleshooting and incident diagnosis of computer systems and/or networks, as well as familiarity with video collaboration solutions and infrastructure.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Implementing and maintaining network architecture
  • Coordinating with suppliers to define roles and responsibilities
  • Developing and enforcing network security policies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of network infrastructure: cabling, LAN/WAN standards, communication protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, etc.)
  • Experience with troubleshooting and incident diagnosis of computer systems and/or networks
  • Knowledge of video collaboration solutions and infrastructure (Zoom, Poly, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Data network certifications (Cisco) and Microsoft solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
