Key Business Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our business operations in Guarulhos, Brazil.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable growth across multiple countries for various Product Groups within a Business Unit.
  • Oversee country-level operational management of the Unit.
  • Implement the Business Unit strategy and ensure business development in the operating unit.
  • Evaluate opportunities in allocated local markets and decide appropriate activities in line with the strategy.
  • Develop performance targets in line with Business Unit targets and ensure achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
  • Lead and manage production facilities within the Operating Unit and ensure local plans to achieve targets are implemented.
  • Improve manufacturing technology and competence in line with Business Unit strategy.
  • Drive productivity, delivery performance, and cost optimization.
  • Oversee execution of high-quality products, services, and processes.
  • Monitor quality metrics, identify opportunities for improvement in local execution, and oversee improvement activities.
  • Responsible for sales demand orders and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and improve net promoter scores (NPS).
  • Ensure the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction.

  • Business management experience with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
